Hardware & Sensor Installation

Sonicu will install all Sonicu hardware leveraging knowledge of best installation practices for connectivity, accessibility, and regulatory guidelines for each sensor type. 

Our techs will provide the following:

  • Cable management per device during installation using zip ties and tie blocks to prevent accidental unplugging or tripping hazards
  • Assurance that no damage exists on the hardware

We realized there had to be a better way and went in search of technology that could give us that level of monitoring that would keep our patients safe. Sonicu made it easy and we grew across the entire hospital.

Point Activation is completed as part of the Sonicu installation via the SoniCloud Mobile App.

Sonicu will activate all monitoring sensors and probes, we will also Name, organize and prepare your SoniCloud monitoring platform.

Sonicu installers will exchange expiring sensors with newly calibrated sensors.

Our Installers Will:
  • Ensure the new NIST certificate has been uploaded to SoniCloud
  • Provide a courtesy overview of your hardware to prevent a “no probe” or “offline” state

Preventative Maintenance (optional)

Installers will visit your facility and provide preventative maintenance on the existing hardware.
This will include:
    • Physically inspect all meters and displays
    • Correcting any “no probe” or offline issues
    • Addressing any cable issues
    • Update firmware
    • Change or replace batteries

The Technicians will:

    • Provide a report on any outstanding issues the Admins should note

Customer Success Manager will:

    • Provide a complete Site Health Check of your SoniCloud monitoring platform and
      provide a detailed report of any issues that your Admins should address
This could include any points of monitoring that do not have alarm notifications set, or missing alarm profiles, long-lived alarms, etc.
