Each  Monitoring Point

Know with precision what each monitoring device is collecting and how it is performing for maximum peace of mind 

The points tab will show all available areas for the selected site, along with a quick view of alarm statuses for each area.

If the site has only one area, you'll see the zone dashboard for that area.

Once you pick an area, you'll be shown the zone dashboard.

In this view, each point will have an alarm status indicator and the last point reading.

You can filter this view by both zone names and point names.

When you select a point, you'll see a mobile-friendly graph with 24 hours of data.

By default, this shows the last 24 hours, and you can choose a date to see 24 hours of data from that date.

All the real-time data you need to make better decisions.

Firmware Updater

Keep your Duo device running at peak performance with the Firmware Updater, which allows you to seamlessly download and install the latest firmware directly from SoniCloud.

While over-the-air (OTA) updates are the preferred method for most devices, the Firmware Updater provides a reliable backup solution for situations where OTA isn’t available—such as 900 MHz or cellular-connected devices.

With this tool, you can ensure your system remains up-to-date, secure, and optimized for performance, no matter your connectivity setup.
